My Story

I want you to know that I deeply understand what you're going ​through because I've been there myself. At my heaviest, I was ​close to 400 pounds, and I know firsthand the physical, mental, ​and emotional challenges that come with that weight.


I also know that these challenges can feel overwhelming and ​insurmountable, but I’ve learned how to navigate them, and I ​want to help you become the best version of yourself.


Growing up, I was always the "fat kid," hiding behind loose shirts ​and hoodies, and avoiding the camera. My relationship with food ​was unhealthy, and I found myself stuck in a cycle of emotional ​eating and self-pity. Despite the advice and encouragement ​from others, I couldn’t seem to break free from the pattern.


Then came a moment that changed everything. It was a rock-​bottom experience that forced me to confront my true self. I ​broke down and cried, and in that moment, I made a ​commitment to change.


The journey wasn’t easy. It took time, patience, and countless ​trials and errors. Without guidance, I had to learn everything the ​hard way. But through those struggles, I discovered how to ​transform not just my body but also my mindset—the key to ​lasting change.


Now, I’m here to help you take that crucial first step toward your ​goals. Together, we can overcome the obstacles and work ​towards a healthier, happier you.
