My Story
I want you to know that I deeply understand what you're going through because I've been there myself. At my heaviest, I was close to 400 pounds, and I know firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that come with that weight.
I also know that these challenges can feel overwhelming and insurmountable, but I’ve learned how to navigate them, and I want to help you become the best version of yourself.
Growing up, I was always the "fat kid," hiding behind loose shirts and hoodies, and avoiding the camera. My relationship with food was unhealthy, and I found myself stuck in a cycle of emotional eating and self-pity. Despite the advice and encouragement from others, I couldn’t seem to break free from the pattern.
Then came a moment that changed everything. It was a rock-bottom experience that forced me to confront my true self. I broke down and cried, and in that moment, I made a commitment to change.
The journey wasn’t easy. It took time, patience, and countless trials and errors. Without guidance, I had to learn everything the hard way. But through those struggles, I discovered how to transform not just my body but also my mindset—the key to lasting change.

I started personal training with him since January 2024 to recover from old injuries due to an auto accident.
From my first session with him, he demonstrates his knowledge in recovery as he takes a different approach compared with other coaches. When I first started with Alan, I was super nervous. I had a lot of bad experiences with trainers in the past who just didn’t understand my needs, especially since I was extremely overweight at the time. But Alan put me at ease right away.
